Very Bad. To finish loading the CD I had to get updates from Intuit. When I finished doing the return, I could not print any forms because they are not available until Jan 17. The forms are available from the IRS. why can Intuit provide what I paid for? There is no date for e-filing.

They got my money I can not file a return until they decide to provide the printable form in their website. Why pay the $80.00 if I have to do fill the forms manually.

I ordered this item shortly after release – November 25. Amazon did not deliver. Even so they were still insistent that I wait a few more days, but I threatened to cancel the order altogether. Only then did they mail me a replacement. This time their service was at zero starts:(

Thinking that no one whould notice in this booming economy, Intuit has decided to stealthly change the terms of the license agreement to grab as much money as they can. What next? A per minute fee you must pay to use software which you already purchased in addition to the $10 per printed return? Do yourself a favor and just use another product from someone less slimy.

The federal return was fine, but I don’t know if the state return that I paid an additional $55 for is correct or not. It was not comprehensive but assumed that I knew what to put where. Think I’ll try a different software next year. One that will guide me through the state return.
